Title: Foundations of Effective Negotiation Skills Development Workshop

Description:

This 2 ½ day workshop uses world class skills development techniques to improve business skills and negotiating performance immediately, and significantly.

The workshop is designed for no more than twelve participants and two instructors. Brief lectures are used to cover the negotiating method that we call The Four Phases. Participants practice skills by preparing for and negotiating cases that replicate real life business situations.

All the negotiations are video recorded and then reviewed with the participants.  These sessions are highly interactive with participants also providing feedback to one another.  

By negotiating again and again over two and a half days, the participants achieve the repetition needed to build real skill and change behavior. They learn to skillfully prepare and negotiate in a way that makes an immediate and measurable difference when they leave the workshop and return to their jobs.

There is no pre-work or homework to be done in the evenings.  

A light breakfast and full lunch are provided each day. Participants are responsible for travel and accommodation expenses.

Each participant receives negotiating tools to take with them and a reference booklet which summarizes the key learnings in the workshop.
